Payment Method and Timing:
Following payment methods are available.
〇Credit Card: VISA, MASTER, Amex can be used for payment.
〇Payment Service: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
〇Bank Transfer (upfront payment): We will ship your order after we confirm your deposit.
Delivery timing of goods:
Unless specified, we will ship within 3 business days of your order placement. In the case of bank transfer, we will ship within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
However, it may be delayed if it is out of stock or during the busy season.
Returns/Defective Products/Cancellation:
We will exchange it free of charge only if the item is defective or if the item you received is different from the ordered item. Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of ordering.

If the product is not defective and you wish to return it, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
However, we cannot accept returns in the following cases.

• Used products
• Products that has been scratched or damaged by the customer
• Products that has been processed, reformed or remodeled by the customer
